The use of rich, romantic colours and traditional motifs reflected the unique locations of Taj properties, with refined typography to create an inviting atmosphere. Overall, the design emphasized indulgence, heritage, and the exclusive experiences Taj offers for couples.

They hosted a four-part webinar series, Nature Talks with Taj Safaris, where expert naturalists shared their in-depth knowledge and insights on wildlife, aiming to raise awareness about conservation efforts.
